HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling the whole recruitment cycle and working closely with hiring managers to select the right talent pool

  • Reviewing and supervising any annual renewal schemes such as medical, insurance, pension, payroll

  • To regularly review all HR policies and procedures to achieve business goals

  • Preparing the annual budgeting plan and monitoring all reports

  • Handle ad hoc assignments when required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or relevant disciplines

  • At least 10 years of experience in HR in sizeable firms, with solid HR operation experience

  • Must have hands-on regional exposure

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & supervision skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Chinese
